We have these Community Guidelines for everyone to follow in order to maintain an open, welcoming and respectful environment. We encourage you to share your stories, comments, photos and videos. We celebrate diversity and encourage you to be respectful of one another at all times. To ensure this community always remains a safe space for people to share their personal stories, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to remove any posts, including posts that are off-topic, contrary to the community’s purpose,  prohibited per these Community Guidelines or the Kay Jewelers Terms of Use, including but not limited to any content falling within the following categories:

  • Inaccurate, deceptive or misleading
  • Profane, defamatory, offensive, violent or sexually explicit
  • Hateful, discriminatory, inflammatory or harassing comments regarding race, sex, nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation, age, etc.
  • Spam or files containing viruses that could damage the operation of other people’s computers or mobile devices
  • Solicitations, advertising or promotional material for any other product or service
  • Violates legal rights of others, contains an individual’s sensitive private information (such as banking information or social security numbers), or that relates to confidential or proprietary business information
  • Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or intellectual property or other rights of any other person
  • Political activism, advocacy, discourse or that promotes any illegal activity
  • Posting deliberately disruptive statements meant to hijack comment threads or throw discussions off-track
  • Implies an endorsement by us or any other person or entity if that is not the case or impersonates or misrepresents your identity or affiliation with any person or organization
  • Customer care issues should please be directed to our customer care team at 800-527-8029.

Violating the Terms of Use or these Community Guidelines may, at our sole discretion, result in a permanent community ban.


No solicitation. 

We’re always looking to add the voices of diverse thought-leaders who may work within businesses outside of Kay and its parent company. We welcome outside insights which can help the community, however this is not a place to sell products and services. We ask all members to refrain from using this community to post advertisements, marketing surveys/studies or to solicit for any 3rd party interest. Hyperlinks directing traffic to commercial websites may be removed. Violating these Community Guidelines or the Terms of Use may result in a permanent community ban.

Private Messages. 

Members within the community are able to contact one another via private, direct messages. Private messages are also subject to these Community Guidelines and Terms of Use as the public community. If you receive any unwanted messages from other members, please direct your concerns to a Community Administrator.


Your Privacy. 

Your personal privacy is incredibly important to us. Please be mindful that this community is a public forum and is viewable to both members and non-members alike. We strongly encourage you to not post any personal or private information about yourself which you would not want publicly available. Posting any other person’s private information is prohibited and may result in an immediate ban and removal. 

All information we collect on this community is subject to our Privacy Policy.  By participating in this community, you consent to all actions taken by us with respect to your information as set forth in our Privacy Policy.

This community is not a transactional environment. Under no circumstances will you ever be asked to share personal or financial information.
